Thank Your Body

Don't forget to thank your body for all it does for you! Self-care starts within!
You can be eating healthy, working out and doing as much as you can to stay physically fit, but if you are not producing self loving thoughts towards yourself, you are missing the whole point of wellness. Wellness is holistic, and every part of your self, spiritually, physically, and mentality needs nourishment and self-love. Having gratitude towards your self and all your body is doing for you, is a great way to get that self-love thought pattern up and going. Consistency is key here. Before you start your day, look in the mirror say thank you to your body and know that in this moment you are enough and that you love yourself as you are. This is where the best version of yourself begins. It begins with acceptance and gratitude.
